My private pay rate is $120 for a 55-minute session. I am currently offering a limited number of sliding scale openings for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Insurance
At the moment, I am contracted with Husky/CT Medicaid, ConnectiCare, Optum, United Healthcare, and Anthem/BCBS.
If you’d like to work with me and you have an insurance that I am not contracted with, I can provide superbills to submit to your insurance. This is an itemized bill that tells your insurance what services that you were provided. They may or may not reimburse you for part or all of these services - it’s best to check with them first.
I have insurance, but how much will this cost?
Valid question! The answer is that I’m not sure as every insurance plan is different. You may have a copayment, a coinsurance (i.e. you pay a percent of the total cost), or you may have to pay out of pocket until your deductible kicks in. It’s best to ask your insurance directly if you’re covered and what your fees might be.
