Meet the Therapist

Why do I do this work? It sounds quite cliche for someone in healthcare to say "I enjoy helping people," and that wouldn't be the entire story anyway. That and an interest in psychology was what got my foot in the door to the therapy world, but a deep passion for helping other people feel empowered to help themselves has always been at the heart of why I do what I do. I have a stubborn millennial optimism about the human spirit: I believe that we're all capable of growing as people and contributing to making the world beautiful. So I went to college and then graduate school to learn how to guide people through that process.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (CT #4508), a lifelong resident of Connecticut, a nature nerd (I love birds), gamer, and cat lady. I write and do other various creative activities in my spare time (ha) and travel the world when I can.

Luna has no business being a therapist as she’s never been to school (she can’t read) but she won’t let that stop her from appearing in telehealth sessions. Her interests include playing, midnight zoomies, and manipulating people into believing she’s never been fed before.
